Stitch Fiber Arts is an initiative to bring together students who like fiber arts and those would love to learn. Meet people with whom you can chat, share tips and tricks and have fun! We hope to bring people from different Scala associations together, but also to reach people outside of Scala.
Since 13 March 2024. Stitch Fiber Arts is an official culture companion, that falls under Scala. We organize different activities regarding fiber arts from workshops to Open Craft Nights.
Everyone can join our activities! No membership required. Costs can differ per activity, see the event page for this.
However, if you join activities more regularly, we ask you to become a member.
Member of a Scala association? Then membership is free!
Not part of a Scala association? Then we ask a contribution of only 5 euros per year. For more information, click here.
Of course the activities do not organize themselves. There is a wonderful organization that makes sure Stitch fiber arts exists! You can always contact us!
Would you like to also help organizing activities? Send an e-mail to stitch.fiberarts@gmail.com.

Stitch is formalised under the umbrella assosiation V.S.E. Scala. This is the umbrella association that represents the culture associations associated with the TU/e as well as their culture companions.
Stitch falls under the latter, that means that we are not an official association, but still get to use the facilities that Scala has to offer!
For you that means that if you are a member of a Scala association, our membership is free.
When you are not a member of a Scala association no worries, for 5 euros per year you can enjoy our activities year round. This fee is to cover the use of facilities by non-members and goes directly to Scala. You then get the status of benefactor and can join activities from Scala. More information can be found here.
