Practical Information / how to subscribe

Two kind of subscriptions are possible:  a whole weekend subscription and a one-day subscription.

A whole weekend subscription
You can subscribe for the whole weekend subscription by filling in the form below. When you fill in this form, you subscribe for the whole weekend, from Friday to Sunday, with 2 nights of sleeping on the location. 

Costs are estimated to be no more than 50 euros per person. This includes:

• Breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday

• Dinner on Friday and Saturday, not on Sunday

• Access to the magical secret workshops and activities during the weekend.

You need to bring your own bedding and pillow cover. Please let us know if this is a problem for you. A more elaborate packing list will be shared later. 

How does subscribing work?

When you subscribe, and there is a spot available, you will receive an email (different from the confirmation email of filling in the form). This email will include all the information. It requires you to pay the fee within 3 days. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL ONLY BE VALID AFTER YOU PAID. If you did not pay after these 3 days, your subscription will not be valid anymore, and your spot is given to somebody else.

If you subscribe and the spots are full, you will receive an email that you are put on the waiting list. If a spot then opens up, you are notified.

The waiting list works with a first come, first serve basis, so be quick! The amount of spots available are very limited!

Cancellation
If you subscribed, but in the end are unable to attend the Stitch Weekend, please cancel by sending an email to weekend@stitchfiberarts.nl.

Please note that refunds are not possible. However, depending on the timing of your cancellation, we may be able to assist in finding a substitute to take your subscription or explore other solutions based on the circumstances. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration before subscribing. Thank you for your understanding!

Transport
There will be a bike group, leaving on the Friday at 16:30 in front of Luna. Of course you are free to make your own way. Your luggage can be transported by car.
Do you have a car available? Then we would be grateful if you could help with transporting the luggage and other stuff to the location.  

Day subscription:
There is also the option to sign up for only joining the activities on the Saturday for 15 euros. You do then NOT sleep over.
The 15 euros include:

• Lunch and dinner

• Access to the magical secret fiber art and non-fiber art activity of the Saturday 

Planning

The rough planning for this day is:

• 11:00 - Arrival and Mask Making

• Around 13:00 - lunch

• Around 14:00 - free crafting

• Around 15:30 - Afternoon Stroll

• Around 18:30 - non-fiber arts related activity during dinner

• Around 21.30 - Enchanted Masquerade

Between activities there is enough time to work on your own project, and have fun with other people!

If you want to come later, or cannot stay the full day, please let us know beforehand.

Subscription & Cancellation

You can subscribe by filling in the form below, on the right. Subscription and free cancellation is possible until Friday the 6th of March. If you cancel after this date, we already have bought materials for you, and we expect that you pay the costs still.
